Who We Are
Mike Dworczak B.Eng., CET
Owner and Founding-Member
Mike is a founding member of Pyramid Traffic Inc. Mike initially worked at the Ministry of Transportation. He started Pyramid Traffic Inc. in February 1996 along with his good friend Rob Cadete. Mike studied Civil Engineering in Poznan, Poland at the Technical University of Poznan and completed his diploma in Transportation Engineering Technology at Mohawk College. Having practiced traffic engineering for over 30 years, Mike has developed insight and expertise in traffic engineering, traffic control systems, and the planning & design of roads, highways and public transit systems. Mike professionally and effectively ensures that client requests and needs are met with the care and attention they deserve. He looks forward to running Pyramid alongside his sons Matthew and Marcus for years to come!

Rob Cadete
Owner and Founding-Member
Rob is a founding member of Pyramid Traffic Inc. Rob initially worked with the Ministry of Transportation. He started Pyramid Traffic Inc. in February 1996 along with his good friend Mike Dworczak. Rob studied Transportation Engineering technology at Mohawk College. Having practiced traffic engineering for over 28 years, Rob has developed an understanding and expertise in traffic studies and management. Rob efficiently and successfully ensures that client requests and needs are met with the care and attention they deserve.

Marcus Dworczak BA
Manager
Marcus is a Manager at Pyramid Traffic Inc., son of Mike Dworczak, he has developed an expertise in traffic movement, mapping, field work, scheduling, and customer relations and looks forward to continuing the family business.
Marcus studied a Bachelor in Business Finance at Brock University and and has successfully completed the OTC - Technical Traffic Operations Course. Marcus started with the company in 2021 and looks forward to working alongside his his father Mike and brother Matthew at Pyramid Traffic Inc. for years to come!

Matthew Dworczak
Manager
Matthew is a Manager at Pyramid Traffic Inc., son of Mike Dworczak, Matthew studied and received his diploma in Transportation & Highway Engineering from Mohawk College. He has developed an expertise in traffic flow & data collection, TMC management, and field work and looks forward to continuing the family business. Matthew would help at the family business during his teenage years and started full-time with the company in 2012. He looks forward to working along side his father Mike and brother Marcus at Pyramid Traffic Inc. for years to come!

Diana Stodulski BA
Staff Member & Office Administration
Diana is a Team Member at Pyramid Traffic, significant other to Marcus Dworczak, she has developed skills in traffic data processes, field work mapping, data downloading and processing, business & office administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, business planning & organization and equipment maintenance. Diana studied a Bachelor in Business Administration & Human Resources at Niagara College and and has successfully completed the OTC - Technical Traffic Operations Course. She looks forward to working along side Mike, Matthew, and Marcus at Pyramid Traffic Inc. for years to come!
